La Moustache was the name of the game, and they were prepping everyone for the next event "The Laudanum Express" at Club 828 Club828.com. You can also purchase tickets on the 828 website. It will be a tribute to silent film on March 5-6, 2010. Doors Open at 9 show at 10:30pm. Special guests include Keith Campbell, Sneaky mcfly, The Carolina Music Band, and Strings Attached Marrionettes by Madison J. Cripps. Tickets are $9 in Advance and $12 at the Door.

Club 828 Club828.com in Asheville was slamming on the electronic dance scene this past Friday night. DJ Daedelus www.myspace.com with Lady Shotgun, and NOSAJ THING www.nosajthing.com were killing the beats and peeps were dancing like mad. Jesse Barry (American Idol Contestant) and the Skinny Legs & All band did an awesome show last night in Asheville North Carolina at Tall Gary's. Southern Fried Blues, who has been supporting and promoting Skinny Legs & All and Jesse Barry for awhile now, was having a fundraiser for the "Memphis or Bust" trip. Peggy Ratusz, Liz Cyriac and many others were on the scene with full support for the American Idol hopeful. Excitement is brewing in Asheville for this little locally raised homegrown talent. Jesse Barry and Skinny Legs & All put on a great show last night and we all thank them for their part in AVL.
